- UG: NEET/JEE.
- PG and Ph.D: NAT (National Aptitude Test): Everything is same as that of GATE exam but with all subjects (Arts, Science, Commerce, Education, Engineering, Medical, Pharmacy etc.). The separate board like UPSC is going to conduct this exam. Set up is ready with IITs/IISc. The same set up needs to be extended. The same exam and its score can be used as entry level test for admission to PG, Ph.D; Recruitments in Government/ Private/ PSU/ Banking Sectors/ UPSC/ State PSC etc. Validity: 2 Years.
- Admission to management seats (UG/PG) will be based on above exams. They can’t conduct their separate (or any other) entrance tests and counseling rounds.
- All admission process (for government and management seats) and payment of fees should be online and it should be processed through national and corporate portals. It helps to fight against donation system.
- Interested private universities can use the scores of above exams for their admission process. Their admission process should be online and it should be processed through national and corporate portals.

Notification: 1st of February
Application Deadline: 30th of March
NEET 1 Exam: 5th of May
NEET 2 Exam: 12th of May
Result of Both Exams: 19th of May
Students can attend any one or both. I being a student appear for NEET-1 and NEET-2. I will get results on 19th of May for both exams. I got two rankings,one for NEET-1 and another for NEET-2. Suppose NEET-1 rank is 24564 and NEET-2 rank is 11473. Central portal will consider my rank as 11473. If suppose Mr. A is having 11473 ranking in NEET-1, then Mr. A will be given more priority and I will be given priority after Mr. A. Mr. A’s Ranking will be 11473 & mine will be 11473.1. It means: In the cases of ties NEET-1 ranking will be given more priority.
There will be only one central portal for admission to engineering colleges (For IITs, NITs, All State Government Colleges etc.). I will register and login to central portal which will be open from 13th of May to 28th of May. I fill all details and choose colleges/branches (maximum 1500 choices to opt). I will save my choices. I will get status (result) on 31st of May. If I am satisfied I will confirm and take admission by 7th June at respective college/institution and start attending classes from 12th of June. If not, I will release my seat and participate in second round.
Second Round: Starts from 9th June Deadline: 12th June. Result (Status): 14th June Confirm By: 20th June
Third and Final Round: Starts from 22nd June Deadline: 24th June. Result (Status): 26th June Confirm By: 30th June.
